The Perfect Picture

Helping You Find that Perfect Image

Sometimes we know exactly what we’re looking for when we search for an image on the internet.  Usually, we do a standard word search of images and wade through the results to hopefully find that perfect image to use.  And if you’re lucky enough to find that image, do you have permission to use it?  Unfortunately just because you can doesn’t always mean you should.  That’s where Bing and Google have you covered with filters.  Now you can search as you usually do but with Bing you’ll see a bar above your images that let’s you filter for size, color, type, layout, people, date and my favorite, license.

You can do the same in Google with just an additional click on the “Options” gear in the upper right of your search results.

GoogleImageSearch

Now you can easily search for “free to use, share, and modify” images and not have to do any additional research about the image copyright.  Just use the “License” filter.  Looking for an image in a specific color, size and layout?  It’s now only a “filter” away.
